At AIC Europe, engineering sits at the heart of our vertically integrated model. Each project starts with clear duty specifications and DfMA reviews, followed by advanced simulation — CFD and FEM to optimise thermohydraulic performance, combustion, stresses and fatigue. We select materials for cleanability and service life, define tolerances and critical-to-quality features, and plan verification from the outset. Prototypes are instrumented and validated in our in-house labs with pressure and thermal cycling, corrosion exposure and functional testing to demonstrate durability, efficiency and compliance with demanding European standards.
This rigor is organised into our 8 Core Steps spanning the full lifecycle:
Specify → Design & Simulate → Prototype → Validate & Iterate → Industrialise → Manufacture → Test & Document → Deliver & Support.
Close collaboration with tube fabrication, certified welding, vacuum brazing, automation lines and QA ensures repeatability and full digital traceability (IMES) — from material batches and operator IDs to final inspection. The outcome is a serviceable product with complete documentation packs and predictable field performance.
