Fire Tube — Maximum efficiency,

AIC’s fire-tube exchangers are developed entirely in-house — from tube forming to certified pressure-vessel assembly. Laser-welded and expanded stainless-steel tubes ensure high heat-transfer performance and minimal pressure drop. Each design is validated through CFD/FEM analysis and tested in dedicated combustion and pressure labs, guaranteeing stable operation under condensing conditions and long-term durability.

With over two decades of in-house expertise in 304L and 316L stainless-steel forming, we control every step of production: tube rolling, shell fabrication, welding, and surface treatment. This full ownership ensures corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and long-term reliability — even in condensing, high-pressure, and chemically demanding environments.
